To further enhance US – Vietnam Diplomatic relations, Mr Salzman supported the William J Clinton Foundation in Hanoi.
To encourage foreign direct investment in Vietnam, Mr Salzman co-founded the Vietnam Business Forum and served as a panelist.
Mr Salzman escorted former Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan and former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Thanh Hai during the Bilateral Trade Agreement negotiations with the US.
